"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"We stayed in room 702. Top floor with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Which was a nice surprise because the room we booked was a Superior Room with Spa access had no mentioning of the tower view. Great staff, very helpful. Clean room. Amazing spacious shower. There were a few things i wish were better tho. We were in Paris during a crazy heat wave. Some days temperature outside was 33-35C. The AC in the room didnt work well. It was set at 19 C the lowest possible the entire stay of 3 nights but couldnt get it below 25C. There was no fridge. Which again during the heat wave would have been helpful. We dont like to change rooms once we settle in or have anyone come fix things when we’re out of the room so we didnt bother complaining but we metnioned to the concierge at the time of checkoit. Lasty, the toilet was small for a fat american like myself. Other than those small things it’s an incredible hotel perfectly situated with easy access to anything."

"The hotel was a good, clean stay and the hotel staff were very helpful and kind, especially a front desk clerk called Corinne! I liked the location of the hotel, it was very easy to get around by metro and a lot of nearby restaurants, cafes, and other shops. The room was comfortable for our family of four; there was air conditioning and a drinking water glass bottles filled for the room daily. They also allow you to store bags before checking and after checking out. In a classic European style, the elevators are tiny and the stairs are narrow, but that’s part of the charm of going to France. I recommend this hotel and would return!"

"- amazing friendly staff that really helped us as we needed. Made fantastic cappuccinos for us in the morning but that's also because there are no coffee machines in the rooms - I was very disappointed their king bed was just two double beds. I had massive back pain at the end of the quality of the bed itself. They marketed as king and I paid a premium for it, now I know... - AC didn't really work at all, bathroom got cold but the room did not. Very disappointing as it was advertised as AC - really REALLY not soundproof.... - fridge doesn't cool Overall: nice area, friendly staff, all amenities are improperly advertised, for the steep price I'd recommend avoiding this."

"Great location in the middle of everything and easy access to train and busses. Not the best room quality but super fair for the price. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower while enjoying the city to the max, this is the spot. No luggage storage on property but there are a few places within a couple blocks. Staff was super nice and helpful and the place was clean and maintained. No a/c but they did have a tower fan and you can open the windows to get some fresh air in there."
