"Yeah, unfortunately, had a really horrible experience here. It may be partly due to the way they categorize rooms, but it didn’t work out for my disabled mom and my 20-year-old son at all. My messages were ignored and they ended up having to leave the hotel after their first night out of three because their basic advanced request of needing beds rather than one double (for obvious reasons) could not be accommodated. One refund was offered. Super disappointed"

"I recently stayed at CitizenM in Paris and overall had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel felt clean and modern, and the location was super convenient for exploring the city. The only downsides were a few small room details. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, which wasn’t ideal after a long day out. There also weren’t any washcloths provided. Additionally, there wasn’t an outlet near a mirror in the room or bathroom, so getting ready with hair tools was a bit inconvenient since the desk had a plug but no mirror. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again. "

"This is the second time staying here. I came back this spring for a birthday visit with my best friend. This is the cutest hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful. It is so nice to have a hotel so conveniently located and close to the train. The decor is beautiful and the breakfast is so good! I will definitely be back/ "

"Great little hotel tucked away near Pigalle metro station. The rooms really have all you need tucked into them, including tea and coffee facilities and a decent shower. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and there is an optional well-stocked breakfast buffet available for €12 a day. Two minor niggles - the first was the TV in my room which had a life of its own (the control had no effect!), and the second is the noise... the area is very busy and popular especially at weekends, so I would advise earplugs as the windows don't keep much of the noise out. I would happily stay here again though, it was great value for the quality of the stay."
