Le Matissia is in a great spot away from the most touristic areas, and has many good dining spots and bakeries nearby. My family really enjoyed our five night stay here

We had an excellent time during our stay. The property was spotless with nice views of the Eiffel Tower and the Pantheon. The only issue we ran into was that the hot water was a hit and miss which was inconvenient.

Customer service was excellent! Gaultier at the front desk was so kind, friendly and full of wonderful advice and ideas for our days. The bakeries around the hotel are sensational. Union Boulangerie Is a must visit! Rooms were modern and clean. Gift bag with reusable water bottles, filtered water dispenser, and free umbrella use was such a pleasant surprise. Great location close to metro. If I am ever in Pairs again will definitely stay here again!

Best Parisian Hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Very centrally located. Service and communication was fantastic. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything you’d need, full kitchen! (We didn’t use, but still amazing). We were given recommendations and suggestions for around Paris and local restaurants. This would be our go-to hotel in Paris. It held our family of 6 perfectly.

This was a special find in Paris. I liked that the rooms were set up as an apartment, it came equipped with a full kitchen and had all the basic essentials you would need to enjoy your stay here. Located in a quiet but convenient location, walking distance to great cafes and supermarket. The metro was also walking distance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. When we decide to visit Paris again, we would certainly stay here again.

A perfect place to stay in Paris

We had a great time in this appartment. The host was very friendly, patient and with a lot of excellent tips !!! The room was comfortable - Great beds, nice kitchen with everything we needed, and the room is cleaned every day, which is the perfect combination for familis. You even have umbrella on the way out, if needed. Very close to the metro. Many good restaurants on the same street, and close supermarket. We will definitely come back on our next trip!!

Convenient location close to the subway station and supermarket. Lots of cafes and bakeries nearby. Kitchen was equipped with a nespresso machine and nespresso pods, which were a nice touch. We had breakfast in the room two days, which was very convenient with kids. We were given a water bottle after check in—very convenient for the water fountain in the hotel. Gautier was very friendly and provided us with information on how to get places in Paris. Room was a little tight, but for European standards it was still good. I would probably furnish it with more lightweight furniture, but certainly not a dealbreaker. Clean property. Would stay here again.

The neighborhood is very sketchy. However, our room, the Honeymoon suite was perfect - huge and I mean huge bathtub, comfy bed, kitchen, etc. okayIf you are just going to stay in your room which is what we did the night before we left Paris, it’s fine. Otherwise, I would definitely look for something else in a better neighborhood.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The room was rather small, but we knew that going in, and there aren’t a lot of great options for large rooms in Paris. We had a group of 4 and I was surprised how hard it was to find a place with two bedrooms. Anyway, the staff was very courteous and kind. We were provided with refillable water bottles, snacks, and drinks in the room. They were very knowledgeable about where to go and how to travel. One not so great thing was the A/C in the living room did not work well, but the one in the bedroom worked very well. The tram entrance was very close to the room as well as many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Matissia provided our family with a wonderful stay in Paris. We look forward to returning! My family included four (two kiddos, 9 & 11). We stayed in the 1-bedroom and enjoyed the layout. It included a living room with kitchenette. My kids shared the pull-out couch in the living room. The couch/bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed – fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso, and all the plates/glasses you could need. The fridge was stocked with snacks, soda, and juice. The cabinets also included basics – S&P, sugar. In addition, the Wifi was good, TV had available streaming services, and the plugs had converters for USB. The room was quiet throughout the day and night. I didn’t hear any hotel neighbors and the windows were well-insulated against outside noise. We’d open the windows for fresh air and to hear the neighborhood – but if it got too loud, we just closed the windows. Also, good light-canceling curtains. The neighborhood was great! Extremely close to the 7 Metro, 15min walk to Gare du Nord and Sacre Coeur and ten minute walk to two other Metro lines. We felt safe during our entire trip – traveling in the morning or latenight. The staff was phenomenal – offering lots of tips and support throughout the trip. The place was very clean. I felt very welcomed and felt I had made a new friend by the end of the week. Overall, I cannot recommend this space enough – comfort, cleanliness, safety and friendly service made for a wonderful space.
