"A very comfortable downtown hotel with a great location near Westlake Center and a few blocks from Pike Place Market. The room rate was reasonable for a downtown Seattle hotel; I do wish that hotels would stop adding “resort fees” for amenities (like exercise facilities) that few visitors use. Why not include a usage fee only if/when people use the facilities?"

"It took 20 minutes to cjeck in at 5:05 and our room was not ready. I was with a 86 year old woman having surgery in the morning. They put us in a room next door while getting our room ready. She laid down to rest and fell asleep, then i had to wake her up to be moved to our room. Terrible service."
