"My bathroom was dirty when I arrived. The sofabed linen was not in the room when we arrived, and it took one hour to arrive, at 10pm- we arrived at 9pm. They cleaned the bathroom upon my request in the next day. The fire exit in the breakfast restaurant was blocked by a table. When I called the manager, she simply responded the other one was clear, so they did not need the one that was being blocked. Clearly ignoring the fact that no fire exits should be blocked. The hotel is new, but the operation is failing. "

"We had the 2 bedroom condo which was great. It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view of the pools. The waterpark was fun, fills up fast, especially on the weekend so you need to go early for seats (unless you pay to reserve). Quality of food is to be expected, in my eyes, you are paying for the convenience of it. We ordered lunch at the waterpark which enabled us to stay past lunch and keep our seats. Service was cool, they bring it right to you! One thing that would be great is better coffee- if you like Starbucks then you are all set. The rooms have Keurigs and I am NOT a big fan of those and the Market Place sells Starbucks, I prefer Dunkin but that is just fyi and not a huge point. Location was great but we had a rental so traveling was not a problem for us. Plenty of restaurants close by.... We also shopped and did some cooking so we did not have to eat out for every meal. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, it was clean, spacious, fun, good location and reasonably priced even during our school vacation (from Boston) week."

"I've stayed here twice and each time the Heat and Air never works properly. It's either cold or hot sometimes you can put the heat on and it still blows cold air or doesn't turn on at all. "
