"Neat, clean, well decorated ---the king size bed was absolutely the best sleep experience we've had! We enjoyed being in walking distance of restaurants and local businesses. The surrounding neighborhood features homes dating back to the late 1800's, early 1900's making for an interesting and relaxing walkabout. The hosts were attentive checking in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable."

"The location was fantastic. We were just a couple blocks from the Green and Pink line on Clinton. There was a code to get into the building so it felt safe. The code to the door was great because there was no key to worry about since I had to work and my hubby was in and out of the apartment all day. There were a couple small things, the bed squeaks a lot. Also, it is very clear in the listing that the train is close. It is about 30ft straight out from the window. I'm not a light sleeper so I...

"Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room. "

"Street side this was about as safe as any Chicago neighborhood. Parking was 10/10, safe, secure and gated. The 3 flights up was expected, but the strong cat/pet urine odor the entire way up was not. Inside apt also has a very strong pet urine smell. No window covering in bathroom, can’t turn on bedroom light or it blinks, floor vent in kitchen easily moves to reveal gaping hole, heavily stained couch my teen had to sleep on.
