The property includes four private one-bedroom suites, each fully self-contained with its own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living space, creating a fully private apartment within the home. Free parking is available across the street in nearby municipal lots. From April through October, additional parking is available directly in front of Kildahl House.
Please note that Suites 1 and 2 are located on the first floor, while Suites 3 and 4 are located on the second floor.

As a shared environment, we ask that all guests are mindful of noise, including pets, especially during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
Crates should be used with care, as movement or shifting can create noise for neighboring suites
For your convenience, a pet waste station is located in the backyard. We kindly ask that dogs are taken to the backyard for bathroom needs, as urine in the front yard can cause unsightly yellowing of the lawn.
If a pet causes ongoing disturbance or damage and is not promptly addressed, we reserve the right to request corrective action to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

The property is well laid out and decorated beautifully. We loved how comfortable and relaxing it was. It was clean, a good size and just perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.
I booked this place as a way to explore the mountain bike trails in Carpentersville, and if you are doing the same I really don't think you could find a better rental. Downtown Dundee is right there too with so many places to eat and drink. The property is super-well maintained and the hosts are very responsive if needed.
Great room in a great area. We've stayed in the building before and hope to again when in town visiting family and friends. There are so many fun good restaurants/bars, some with a band playing. Highly recommend one of the unis there.

Loved this space... it was the perfect spot for my solo work retreat. Husband joined me the 2nd night and he loved how cozy and romantic it was. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
We stayed here to break up a long, cross country drive. When we got here, we wished we were staying longer to continue to enjoy the place! The place was decorated with high end furnishings and was very clean. There was a swing on the front porch and a nice seating area in the backyard. The location is within walking distance to numerous bars/restaurants. Hosts had great communication and responded promptly when we had a question. The property was meticulously maintained and we would absolutely stay here again!
Love the new place!! Sleeping pillows in the Lofts are nicer :)

Specific tenants were given access to security features of the building and electronics to control and harass other tenants. Did not checked tenants for bringing their own surveillance equipment. Limitations on certain electronic instruments/equipment that can be brought inside the property limits.
