"My wife and I planned a last-minute and much-needed getaway. To our surprise, we found this GREAT PROPERTY in our backyard! The rustic old house was remolded to a nice modern look. We are very familiar with the area and the town that this home is in, but we never knew that the town itself offered such very nice lodging, or lodging in general. There are hotels available outside of this downtown area, but you need to drive 15-30 minutes away. This property being in the middle of the downtown area...

"Nice quiet suburban location. Pedestrian zone near train station has nice restaurants and was a short walk away. This appears to be a brand new vrbo so there were a few kitchen items that needed to be added but the host was very responsive to our request to add them. Only downside to the unit is the wall A/C unit is very loud."

"The property was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need. The kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances, which we didn’t have time to take advantage of! Downtown Geneva and the train are a 5 min drive or 20 min walk - we did both. All in all a lovely visit and we’d stay again!"

"We had a great time in Geneva. Overall the place we stayed was very nicely decorated, comfortable and close to town and the river. The bikes are a nice touch. Two things to be aware of when renting: the owner communicates a lot. There are contracts to sign and lots of back and forth. Way more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Tons of rules and reminders of rules. It was a little stressful. The other thing is this is a basement apartment. There is an apartment above and ANY walking around,...

"The apartment was so cute. The beds were so comfortable!! I slept so well every night, i actually looked forward to going to bed! The host was always available to communicate with and was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone in staying in the area. Even when we had a small issue, the host was very quick to get it fixed and called me to make sure the situation was handled."

"The location was great! Walking distance from many restaurants and music venues. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I really could say was the noise from the street in the early morning, but that had already been mentioned prior to my stay and they did provide ear plugs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would go back again."

It was a long walk around the building for someone with a walker. Not handicapped friendly. No washing machine detergent. Price was fair."
