"I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. "

"All four pillows had makeup and hair on them. The sheets were filthy and covered in hair and stains. I went to change the sheets and the mattress pad had period stains. The bathroom smelled like urine and I'm pretty sure there was black mold growing on the sink cabinet. Pretty positive we saw an older man walk an escort back to her car. I told the front desk that my sheets were dirty and she hands me a single flat sheet. I asked for the fitted sheet too. While changing sheets I found the period stains.
