"Helpful host, amazing dock, and super efficient use of space in the tiny home. The terrain to get down to the dock is rough, but totally worth it. Phone signal is minimal at best until you get hooked up to the wifi (which is very good) so don't make the mistake I made and forget to ask the host for the access code and instructions to turn on the water until you get there. There is an RV owned by the host right next to the tiny home that can't be seen in the listing. The host was super kind and offered to let us use his fire pit and was immediate with responses when we had an issue with ants. We really enjoyed our stay, and the home had everything we needed except a hairdryer and cleaning supplies. The down sides were the ants, ladybugs, and pet hair on the rug, furniture and dinnerware. We would stay again, but would bring some cleaning supplies with us next time just in case."

"Rooms were filthy/falling apart. The first room we went to, had poop and pee caped to the outside of the toilet. After asking them to clean it, they did not. Had our rooms switched. The next room didn’t have hot water, wasn’t as dirty, but in general pretty filthy. The second room also had cockroaches everywhere. All in all, a super disgusting, filthy hotel. Will never stay there again. "
