"The staff, and I mean every single one of them was very kind, courteous and genuinely helpful no matter what or when the need arises. My favorite amenity offered is the full breakfast and the kickbacks in the evenings. I am so grateful for these meals as we always travel."

"A few issues. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff made efforts to have it fixed, and were willing to move us. By then, we were "in for the night" so they gave us vouchers for free breakfast. No soap in the dispenser in the shower."

"I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. Then I get there and they don't have me down for a room and are sold out. So I pull up my confirmation and by some weird miracle they find a King room for 3 of us, but we made due. There was a smell in the room like old smoke, bed was ok, room is TINY!!!! Pool is small, staff did try to be helpful but no one refunded anything or offered anything. I also had to sit on the phone with EXPEDIA for over an hour to get them to "move the funds paid to the hotel" to cover the room. It was all such a joke and needless to say I would never ever ever deal with EXPEDIA again. And Tru obviously partners with them and there is an issue there too! Comfort Suites next door was much nicer and big rooms!!!!"
