There were many problems at this property during the visit. The alarms were going off throughout the night, and the pool was "open" but the heater was not functioning making the water ice cold. The staff was more than accommodating and refunded the entire stay with deep apologies.

My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. I could not only hear the guests upstairs but also feel them jumping through the headboard of the bed. This is not a problem that is easily fixed, but during low occupancy times, I would suggest putting the noise kids at one end of the hall and alternating rooms from floor to floor to avoid kids over other people.
