"Staff was pleasant but everything else was a disaster. The hotel is falling apart and the room was terrible. The AC sounded like it was about to explode and the bathroom… let’s not even go there. Poop skids left in the toilet and the tub was dirty. Do not recommend this hotel even for the price!"

"I’m pulling a Uhaul trailer. Sometimes it can be difficult to find parking but they had plenty of room. Denny’s right next door is a plus. Certainly worth the price I paid."

"Double check your booking if travelling with a pet. Our reservation was denied, late at night, tired and weary from a long day’s drive. Surely the additional pet fee can cover the cleaning and smell in a “non pet room” for one night rather than turn people away in no condition to drive. Shame on you Best Western."

"Close to ABQ airport. Did not use amenities because the lobby's alarm was malfunctioning. It was loud and had been reported when I checked in. It was still on when I checked out. The alarm is a health hazard to your staff."
