Heavy construction limits access to the property. Friendly staff and nice spacious rooms.

The room and bathroom were clean. Definite plus. The sofa was a little worn. The pool area needs a good cleaning. The floors are wet and slick and possibly slimy. Black residue I didn’t want to touch. I like the 24/7 Coffee/ Cocoa/ Tea bar. Nice touch for travelers.
Rough part of town. There was construction going on outside on the road right in front of the hotel. Back up beepers and heavy equipment running all night. There was a homeless guy sitting on the wall out front as I pulled in, and another homeless persons belongings in the back parking lot. Somebody had rented a room to party, up all night. Hotel design was poor, room layout was strange, pillars blocked the narrow walkway outside making it difficult for old people like me. My room, king, was not ready upon my arrival, although I arrived well past check in time. I settled for a double queen as one of those rooms was available. Had a nice dog area though.
I was traveling with 4 grandchildren, it was spacious with 1 room I got the sofa, it was comfortable, the daughters had their kids with them in the beds, of course they loved the inside pool. I will definitely stay there again.
We needed a suite with two queens and a foldout sofa bed, so our multi-bed room hit the target and the rate was competitive. The room and the hotel overall felt spartan but clean. Excellent staff. If you need the basics, it’s great. Only downside was navigating street construction to get there. We did it, but a nice touch would have been some kind of advance notice from the property that construction was in progress.
Spark hotel was a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and very pet friendly with a grass section that generally is not available in other hotels. We will return when we travel again.
Nate was awesome when we checked in. My 10 year old grandson talked to him like he had known him forever and he obliged. Breakfast was amazing compared to a lot of other hotels. Don't change a thing; our stay was great!
This hotel hit all of the important points for me: rooms are huge, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well, area is quiet and they had high-quality treadmills. I would definitely stay here again!
Room was well cleaned and maintained staff was nice an friendly check was fast an easy the area was well lite, the pool was nice a clean aswell

Room was clean bed was comfortable. I slept good. Only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. More or less a bagel and cereal breakfast. They did have scrambled eggs and sausage but were not real scrambled eggs and the sausage was chicken sausage. For the price I paid Hilton could do a better job. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
GREAT little hotel!!! Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Typical hotel water pressure, but wonderfully deep bathtubs. Amazing staff (especially Barbara). Would have liked to have a microwave in the room, but the mini fridge came in handy. Great balcony. Overall... worth every penny and WILL stay again.
1. Cleanliness Concerns
The cleanliness of the hotel room was unacceptable. There was pet hair everywhere, making the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable for my family. The amount of pet hair affected my child’s health, and he was unable to sleep throughout the night. This was extremely upsetting and far below the cleanliness standards we expected. I am very disappointed with the condition of the room and believe this issue warrants a refund for our stay.
2. Breakfast Concerns
The breakfast was also very disappointing. The options were extremely limited, and the overall quality of the food was poor. There was not much variety to choose from, and the breakfast experience did not meet our expectations. For the price paid for the stay, we expected better food quality and more options.
Refund Request
Due to the unacceptable cleanliness of the room and the disappointing breakfast experience, I am requesting a full refund for our stay. This experience was far below our expectations, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides a fair resolution.

The staff was friendly. Their water fountain appeared to have a bullet hole in it. In the morning, the hallway smelled like hot mold. They didn't have linens in the rooms for the pullout beds and no one was available to bring it to our rooms. Currently (July 2026) there is construction going on outside all night. I know there was nothing they could do about it but it made sleeping a challenge.

Staff were awesome. We had to move to a different room because the first room wasn’t cleaned properly and the fridge wasn’t working and I need the fridge because we need drinks and food on this trip. I like how we were able to bring our two fur baby’s with a us (two small cats). Breakfast was okay, it didn’t have much of an option but we were not picky about it. It did filled up our tummy’s.
