The rooms were nice and clean, good amenities and comfy beds. Great breakfast.

We wondered whether an airport hotel would be the right choice for us but we were actually very pleased with our stay, including even the location. It was modern, clean and quiet, and architecturally interesting. Some really pluses were the in room Nespresso machine, the 24 hour pool, even the carafe to fetch the nearby water, sparkling water or ice all on tap. We like a buffet breakfast with lots if options, and unfortunately they don’t have that, but we drove to the Hyatt Place for...

The was a minor maintenance requirement needed for the room, however a technician came very quickly to rectify it. Overall the experience was very good. The staff were very helpful. The location is very convenient for the airport with plenty of parking. Happy to recommend this to other travellers.

I came here to stay overnight after travelling for about 20 hours and before continuing to do further travel. The shuttle was easy to contact and find, the staff were very helpful and warm, the room had all you need for a functional stay. It was clean, bed was comfy, shower pressure great. Outside noise was blocked out well.

Lovely breakfast variety and very efficient staff. Comfortable bed and lovely selection of pillows. TVs working well. A/c bit noisy but kept room cool when it was hot inside. We just turned off when going to bed as it got too cold leaving it on. Worst thing was the heating of water new type jug, though I think it was only meant for coffee. We are tea drinkers something simple fill, turn on then por in mug. Husband burnt fingers.

it was our last night in Canada, and the hotel was as good as any we stayed in during the last month.. thanks.

Hotel was close to the CBD, buses and the river. Very walkable area. Our accommodation was spacious, front of house staff always friendly. The one thing that let them down was that our room wasn’t serviced 2 days running, even though we mentioned it when we got replacement coffee and asked for fresh face washers.
