The staff here were very friendly; from the cleaning staff to the front desk. The room was very clean and the pool was an awesome bonus. The breakfast was ok; it was just extremely busy with guests and we gave up trying to use the toaster, which is what the kids and I mainly needed. The best part was the friendly staff and the pool.

The hotel was clean and well maintained which made for a comfortable stay.The staff were amazing,friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any requests. The laundry facility was also very good and convenient to use. The breakfast was decent overall,but it could be improved by adding a few more options.It would have been nice to see waffles available for the kids as well as boiled eggs for a bit more variety

Our stay was very good. The front desk staff was friendly, as were all the staff we interacted with. The maids all greeted us everyday.The room was comfortable and clean. We made good use of the pool. The water could have been a couple of degrees warmer, but still warm-ish. The water slide was fun. My 5-year-old granddaughter got her guts up to do it and then went down about 10 times. The beakfast was the standard breakfast that most hotels do for free. They did have Udi's GF bread if you ask for it. Hotel was a good location not far from accessing various places like the zoo and Costco, and next to Tim Hortons and McDonalds.One of the breakfast ladies was quite helpful. I would stay again as the price was good.
