10/10 Excellent
Loved the Hotel. From the greeting at check-in up to check out, all went well. Rooms are very comfortable. Would definitely came out again.

We were visiting Skokie for family reasons and found the hotel was very comfortable for three adults and very much enjoyed having a kitchen so we didn't need to find some where to eat each night. It was roomy enough to be able to entertain our family.

Air con was a bit erratic during the night or a bit warm.
Service at the front desk was awesome except for one staff member who wasn't very helpful
