"Stay in hotels all over the UK amd this stay at the Holiday inn express was faultless. Spent two nights there amd ticked all the boxes needed for our time there, including helo with parking which was a short walk from hotel and very cheap (think was £12 for two nights). Parking or nearby, decent bar, food nice, and spotless rooms that's all I ask for lol"

"Hotel was good, room great size. Could be great if they cleaned room everyday, stayed a week and room only done every other day. Yet if I booked daily I get a clean room 🤔. Carter and Fitch ok staff not helpful and food was ok but again could have been great"

"Modern hotel well kept. Disappointing staff service as a football match was on. Hotel bar tried to close early, expensive for a basic service level. But would probably stay again as amenities where good. Not cheap for what it is."

"There was no heating on during my stay; the room was cold. The TV on the wall had no nearby socket to plug it into. The lamp on the table had no socket to plug it into. Two of the pictures on the wall were shocking. The curtains were back to front: the right side faced out, and the lining faced the room. Moreover, they were really thin with lots of human hair between the lining and the curtain. "

Pots & pans weren’t in the best condition. Big Holes in wall. Felt very untidy and unclean. Since checking out I have tried to contact the host and had no response due to my concern "
