"Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. A toilet broke and the knob to turn the water off...

We look forward to booking here next year for our annual Asheville trip. Also, the advice of arriving in the daytime to navigate the long, narrow, winding driveway is not to be taken lightly! ;)"
