"The hotel is being renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. We came back every day and the room had been made up and new towels supplied. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. There is a great selection of items to eat all freshly prepared and stocked. I have no reason to not stay here again in the future. The hotel is also convenient to downtown. It took us about 15/20 minutes to reach Pike Market parking."

"Half of the food ordered at primary bar (Peak) came over an hour late and the remainder never came - making us late to rock concert. Was very difficult to get bartenders’ attention for drinks or food ordered and even for making payment. At the end, the bartender said he would comp. our order while at a screen and then walked away from us to the far end of bar for at least 5 minutes. We assumed we were finally free to go only to be tracked down by Security at the concert for payment of drinks. Apparently the mumbling and poorly attentive bartender only meant that he was comping the food. In summary, the customer service from these bartenders was horrible! Besides above, the accommodations, front desk, and valet parking were excellent. We would be happy to go back if it wasn’t for the poor customer service at the primary restaurant/bar."

You could visually see the stains, liquid wear, etc. I wouldn't even put my suitcase on it. Very disappointing and due to this simply cleaning of upholstery, I will not be back."
