"The hotel mostly filled its role as a low cost option for us when we were seeing a show at The Domain. The room was nice enough and I slept well in the bed. They missed the mark by a mile with breakfast but I’m going to assume that trainwreck was somehow situation-specific and give 4 stars. I don’t believe I’d stay again though."

"Checked in after a long wait in line. Water was off in the hotel for several hours. Went to adjust AC in room because it was hot, the carpet was completely soaked, I couldn't walk on that side of the room because it was soaking wet. I Called the front desk 4 times and no one answered, so gave up and went to bed. Next morning breakfast was ok but no 2% milk, no attendant around, so I told the front desk. They gave lip service but did nothing. I later went to check out and they overcharged the amount of the room. Luckily, I asked for a copy of the bill and saw they were charging more than the Hotels.com rate locked in when I booked the room. They said they couldn't adjust the rate but wanted me to try to reach the asst manager to get them to adjust it. We will see if they actually credit my card for the difference. Obviously, management doesn't empower the front desk people to apply credits to customers when necessary. I used to love this hotel, but it seems to have gotten very frugal and gone downhill. Less emphasis on customer satisfaction and more on pinching pennies."

"Great location! Shopping, dining both within walking distance. Room was nice, staff friendly. Quiet nights considering you’re in the heart of the dominion. Parking would be the only downside. I opted to use valet parking my entire stay, valet staff were awesome! Texted them from room before we were heading out and they had car waiting outside for us…did not mind tipping, great group of young men."
