"The property is close to everything in Austin in a typical eclectic near to downtown neighborhood. The house was clean and recently upgraded and had plenty of room for my wife and 8 year old grand daughter. While the combo to the front door didn't work, VRBO was quick to answer the phone and remotely unlock the door. But we didn't receive a working combo until the next day. The HVAC had a smart thermostat that we and the care taker couldn't figure out until the next day and it was a cold...
