"This is a very nice hotel - but they charge a $32. per day resort fee - you are give tickets to use for breakfast or dinner, but without the tickets they charge for breakfast. (it was not the greatest selections). Also only one restaurant with is a Japanese steakhouse/hibachi. Also there is not much around this hotel except a Dunkin Donuts or Trader Joe's within walking distance & 2 gas stations.... Not accessible to other things to do.... and parking is $45. per day!!! "

"The hotel was right off I90. I booked the room through Expedia a few months ago. The only thing I didn't like was, a few days before we left for our trip, I got an email saying parking was an additional $28 a night. That should have been added to the cost when I booked or should have been known ahead of time. The staff was friendly. They have an all you can eat breakfast for $20 a day, which was great. The pool was heated. Housekeepers clean your room everyday. The Social bar that is attached, had a good vibe and friendly staff. There is another establishment across the street called Buffs, Good chicken wings and friendly vibe. Buses run often. We took a bus to get us closer to Cheers and Quency Market for a dollar.(Kenmore) We had about a 2 mile walk from there, but the architecture is fabulous to look at on the walk.. Safe and friendly. We took a lyft a few times. It ran around $20 each way. Not bad for the 20-minute drive. I wouldn't recommend driving in. Not a lot of parking, The hotel and trip was fabulous. 5 stars for sure."

"Everything was very nice and staff was friendly. Easy check in. Beautiful views. But no comp’d breakfast which I thought was kinda bush league for a higher end place such as this. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful from check in to up in the night when I ordered food and the delivery person dropped it off at the other end of the property they help find my food and also helped me with an item I needed to use and brought back to them. However I’m yet to receive my deposit I made when I check in."
