"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The restaurant had a lot of dogs, which isn’t too good in a restaurant. The breakfast cup was very stained, so I had to get it swapped, but the food was very nice, with a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly, and we had a good laugh with them. "

"A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. "

"A lovely property and great location for accessing everything in Wells by foot. Unfortunately, when we arrived the heating wasn’t working and we did not have heat for the full duration of our stay (3 days). The company that manages the house was very responsive and sent someone immediately. It seemed like a problem that had been brewing for a while. They did offer to find another rental for us but we instead opted for space heaters. It was manageable but not ideal when we were there to celebrate our mums 80th birthday. "
