"Beautiful property, decorated and appointed to a high standard. Great spot to retire to after a long day exploring the area. Breakfast was spot on and just what we needed to set us up for the next day's adventures too. "Comfortable, well equipped bungalow with excellent bed and showers. All you need in kitchen, great dining table. Near to centre of Wells and Harbour but also easy to get out and about in the area. Warm and cosy and owner stressed to use heating when weather very cold. Welcome pack. It's the time of year when the odd mark on rug and walls is expected and no doubt will be sorted in spring. We had to contact owner twice for maintenance (one time due to storm) and both times repair was same day as we said handyman could use key safe.Only improvement would be instructions for lightweight vacuum which was excellent for crumbs, etc but so difficult to empty without making a mess.Thank you for a great stay."

"A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. "
