Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with all amenities required. Breakfast was very good, but my eggs were a bit undercooked. I did mention this to the staff. The breakfast room needs to be warm, i had to request one of the fires to be put on as the room was extremely cold. Overall a very pleasant stay and evening meal we had was excellent.

Our second stay here, clean well decorated bedroom of a good size (Room9). Quiet as on the upper floor. Good pub menu with generous portions. It was nice weather so sat outside with a drink before going in to eat.

We were a group of 4 cyclists touring Norfolk and this is a truly excellent place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was very good - not pub food by any standards! - and the beer was also top notch. Highly recommended.
