The pool and beach areas are amazing. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and nice ( with the exception of a Grumpy Towel Hut employee.) I highly recommend this hotel. The kids ate free too. There were lots of options for dining as well. The waiters at DaVinci and Agave were awesome. Our family had the best time.

Location is great. Sea tower area is great. Room had issue with the air conditioning but maintenance came up quick not one but twice amd fixed the issue. We returned to a cold room.

Property was great with 3 pools to choose from. The palapas were easy to reserve online prior to to stay. Beaches were great with soft sand. Location is super convenient to shopping and many restaurants! On site restaurants were less than special in our opinion and happy hour drinks were pretty weak lol.

The Holiday Inn Aruba is just steps from the beach. There are five different onsite restaurants and shopping. Very conveniently located as well.

I felt the front desk check in procedure was very slow. For travelers, urgency during the check in process is critical. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the resort. We had a very negative experience on our first night with the neighboring loud bar that had loud music until 1:00 AM local time.
