"The cleanliness and hospitality was top tier. I’ve been around Kobe for a long time, and have been wondering how good this historic hotel was, and they did not disappoint my expectations."

"Without speaking Japanese, the staff assigned me my room quickly, and replaced a room key I left in the room. The room cleaning was thorough. Everything worked. I would stay at this hotel again. "

"Breakfast buffet was good, getting there early is a long wait. Near Dotonburi was great. Namba walk (underground outlet store in subway) was great to find food. Restaurant's are tourists spots so it can get pricey but overall its a great hotel spot with like 2-3 min walk to train station and 6-7 mins to an elevator to help with luggage and strollers."
"Clean facilities and rooms. Conveniently located (in walking distance) to train & bus station and a variety of dining and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel early and was able to store our luggage and explore the area for a few hrs before checkin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! "
"We loved this hotel! The minions theming was so fun and it was in such a handy place for universal and city walk. The rooms were a very generous size for Japan and the check in process was very straightforward. I would really recommend if you’re visiting universal Japan! "
