"Not many dining options in the area. Easy access to transportation. Staff during check in process was great. Provided clear instructions and courteous. Rooms were large and kids really enjoyed the play elements. Highly recommended especially for family with kids."

"I had a lovely stay in one of the double rooms which is very spacious for Japanese hotels. I loved the the design of the room as well as its amenities - especially the en-suite bathroom! It’s located in a quite side street and the downstairs gyoza restaurant was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying at hotel inc when in Tokyo! "

"The way the room has been built despite not being big, very practical and comfortable.
Location also very central and close to nice areas with cafes and restaurants. "

"The staff was super accommodating and so friendly and the location was perfect - slightly off the beaten path but close enough to the fun! I 1000% would stay here again. The rooms were also spotless and they had some fun events going on! 5/5"

"The room was always spotless and the staff is absolutely polite, helpful and efficient. I am very happy to have selected the best hotel for a long stay. The location is also great for an artist to stay. You experience the best of Kyoto here. Will definitely return here if I visit Kyoto again. "
"Myself and my partner had the most incredible stay here. Ryan our guide was so knowledgable and went out of his way to ensure we saw as many animals as possible. "
"Well located hotel to get around from and very close to the subway.
Appreciated the private lounge facility and the only hotel on our trip to Japan that offered gluten-free bread and clearly and outwardly displayed that they understood allergens.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was a good size, clean and very comfortable."
"The staff were very welcoming, polite and extremely friendly at all times. Our room was very clean and although some reviews stated that the rooms are usually compact, we had a room with 3 beds and it was very spacious. We had everything in the room including pyjamas and sandals provided. Good location with a 7/11 shop right infront and a coffee shop on the left (30 seconds) and a starbucks to the right, less than a minute. 5 stars for an overall review including price, comfort and satisfaction. Thank you"
"My second time here, always friendly, attentive helpful staff. Great rooms, very clean, nice amenities and a nice breakfast. Will come again hopefully due to the kind staff and great location."
