The backyard on a warmer day was great for grilling out and dinning as a family. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors and the park around the corner was a hit with the kiddos. The host, Steve, ensured you had everything you needed. We were welcomed with a gift bottle of wine on the 1st day. Our personal favorite perk was the nespresso machine and abundance of espresso pods in various flavors. Relaxing, spacious, new, modern, and clean all accurately describe this residence. We would definitely return for a future stay. "
