"We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back."

"The staff was amazing. Mimi helped us a lot. We even had to move bedrooms because we couldnt fit 4 of us and our luggage. The rooms are a little run down, we had to ask for help to get the tv to work in both bedrooms we were at. No plugs close to the restroom for hairdryer or straightener so very uncomfortable for that, but the location was great and the staff, like I mentioned before, was top notch."
