Arrived 2/7 later than planned-flight was cancelled due to snow storm. Bought a package (flight & hotel) hotel refused to cancel our reservations-drove 8 hours trying to salvage our weekend & arrived 7:30. Tried to order food & drinks at the bar & were told by the staff member that nothing involving stove/fryer was available. Told us & walked away. 2/3 of us had drinks, the other just waited. Another party of 4 joined us. They sat ignored for 1/2 hr before the staff member came back. The staff member ignored part of their party & the remaining person in our party before the 7 of us started calling her out at which point she began slamming things on the bar & eventually stormed off into the ‘kitchen’. Almost an hour for our party of 3 to get drinks & food & all three of our meals were still frozen. Asked staff member to reheat food & she stuck her finger in the middle of hash brown to verify still frozen before agreeing to put in microwave. Our party of 3 & the other party of 4 were completely dumbfounded at this staff members behavior. Their party walked away & gave up. We put our frozen/untouched food on the counter with 50$ (the total was 43$) suggested the staff member not work in customer service. She said ‘If you don’t like it you don’t have to eat it’ & gave the money back. Informed the person who claimed to be the manager on duty of the staffs behavior. MOD shrugged and said 'Okay'. Rest of staff that weekend was great-professional, courteous. Traveler beware.
