The front desk staff were Amazing and very helpful, esp with securing on street parking ( to the point where one stood in a space in the street while the other called my room and let me know they were holding it for me). Attitude and helpfulness were first rate!!

Yousef and Chris were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the room had a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. The shower was nice and big- plenty of room to spread out your toiletries. The restaurant was small but perfect for a quick cup of coffee and a muffin to go. The chef/server was very nice! I really enjoyed my stay!

The staff was excellent, very nice gentleman! The hotel was modern and nice, not the most central location, depending on what you have to do in New York City, but offered a nice view of the Brooklyn Sunset Park neighborhood, central location to public transportation, great food, and great community! Loved it!
