Really great staff! Excellent location. We loved the happy hour and breakfast on the terrace. We wished the shower was bigger and better designed.

Every year, I book a trip to NYC as a birthday gift to myself. We stay at a different hotel each year in the Midtown area (and once in Chelsea). Out of every hotel we have stayed at, the WestHouse is my favorite. The hotel was beautiful and the location was fantastic! “Friendly” does not even begin to describe the staff at this hotel - they are so much more!! They are kind and helpful and warm and just lovely! We were greeted with smiles and kind words at every point of contact. Exemplary staff and a gorgeous hotel with the comfiest bed and pillows I have ever experienced! We stayed in the luxury king room for reference. Beautiful city views! I could not recommend this hotel more highly and cannot wait to stay again! Highly recommend PHD Midtown (reservation recommended) and Tanner Smiths which are a hop, skip and jump away from the front of WestHouse. Starbucks right next to the hotel and only blocks from Central Park.

I thought this place was fabulous! It had some cool charming touches. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better. Times square, central park, theatre district & Hell’s Kitchen all in walking distance. Subway right out the front door! I would absolutely return here. Breakfast & happy hour were included which was the cherry on top. Oh! The beds were very comfortable & the linens were nice.
