The Walker Greenwich is a wonderful place to stay! The hotel is very nice, well designed, clean and comfortable. The staff made a huge difference. Often went out of their way to help with whatever requests or services needed. The location is great. In and within walking distance to the best neighborhoods, restaurants, shops. And quick access to the subway for access to the rest of the city. Definitely recommend!

Entering the lobby I felt a sense of old world charm and appreciated the complimentary waters and board games. Upon entering my room I noticed it was 82 F and I was promptly given a small fan by David at the front desk who was very helpful. However the temperature continued to remain the same which made it very difficult to sleep, even with the window open. I was informed the hotel could only adjust the heat and was offered an identical room with the same 82 F temperature. Due to these poor conditions, my friend and I check out one day early and the manager was very courteous and offered us a partial refund and promised to follow up with this refund. The manager neglected to follow up and I called a few days later and spoke to her and again she was very professional and promised to follow through with the refund she promised, but did not execute on such promise. I am disappointed with this level of customer service and really hoped for a better experience. The double room felt very cramped and the lighting was insufficient to get any work completed on the desk.
