Always a clean room and friendly staff! We would prefer to go back to the older check-in method and give info directly to staff instead of using the iPad - hard to juggle when you’re dealing with luggage.

Our room was spotless and I liked that the room was straightened up each day with fresh towels and complimentary water refills in the water carafe. Staff was helpful and friendly. As we walked out the front door for a days adventure, we were greeted with "good morning" and "have a good day". That was appreciated. Thank you!

This is our second stay at the property and we have to say that this experience was even better this time. I really enjoyed meeting Tim, the GM this visit. The rooms are very well layed out for comfort and convenience, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees and pastries. We will definitely come again when we visit NYC!

The hotel offered high quality services and accommodations in a trendy and creative environment. The room was so much nicer than most NYC hotel rooms we've visited, the rooftop bar was beautiful and delicious pastries and coffee served with the option to sit outdoors was really nice.

We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. It was also very quiet as far as NYC hotels go, which is a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Such a unique location in a graffiti filled alley! Excellent location with tons of shops, food and bars close by. Coffee and pastries, beautiful garden and eating/working area. Highly recommend!

Untitled is a cool hotel, but not user friendly. There is no front desk staff to speak of, and you need to check in on your phone (be sure to know your reservation number…I didn’t.) The complementary breakfast is a nice touch. Pastries and a specialty coffee, but nothing with protein.
