Very good facilities at the price, loved my stay. 2 mins walking distance to Times Square, staff behaviour very good. Keeping bag option available after checkout, if you come early you can spend time at basement where restroom is also available. Free coffee and drinking water.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a real nice place to stay as a single or couple. Things are basic, and you have to climb stairs. Everything was very recently renovated and was new. It was one of the quietest stays I have had in NYC. Lots of restaurants all over the place within walking distance. (Restaurant row is like one block away)

The property was just okay. The main perk is the location. While I knew the room would be small, they had under the bed storage for luggage which helped keep the space clear. However, the water sometimes never got hot, the towels were so tiny, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, and my pillow smelled like it was not clean. An okay spot, but would likely not stay here again.
