They provided me with a free upgrade without asking. The room door was sealed with Lysol sticker assuring me that no has been in the room since it was last cleaned. Came with a mini fridge, TV, blackout curtains and the bathroom floor is heated! Cute cozy room. Parking in front of the hotel is limited. Don’t risk running inside to check in while leaving your car unattended because you will get a ticket. Though there is no on site parking I used a app recommended by the hotel called Spot Hero and found a garage 1 block from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. It’s a few blocks away from all the noise, that works for me. The rooms are so cozy. And let me tell you, HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS!!!! That was my highlight. The only issue I had was the balcony was full of cigarette butts. There is no smoking on the property and I had to inform the receptionist so I’m not charged $250. Overall, beautiful hotel and the staff super helpful & informative.

I’ve stayed at the Bernic a few times. Always clean. Always friendly. Always easy. Rooms are small but not by New York standards. It has become my go to hotel for trips to the city.
