The room was huge. The bathroom was clean and modern. I just loved the bathroom. The AC worked. I honestly have no complaints! My friend looked forward to breakfast everyday. They changed the menu slightly with each day. It is super close to Universal studios. We found $10/$12 Uber and lift rides.

Hotel was centrally located, loved the location. The staff were very nice and friendly. Very close to subways. A few negative about the hotel is the rooms are super, super smalls, online pictures made the room appear bigger, then they are which is very deceiving. Wish breakfast had more options.

Very nice in the Summer, this street is lined with flower stores. Small, but what NYC hotel isn’t? Clean and very nice staff. Close to Nightclubs. Nice stay for quick trip.

Wonderfull view from the room. The room is spacious and well arranged. Only thing is we could hear the neighboring room trough the door. But even that was not a big problem. Breakfast is simple and as expected.

The room and hotel were functional and convenient. But for the price, I was disappointed with the size of the room and the quality of the breakfast. And upon arrival, the computer system was down causing us to wait before being able to check in.

Great for 4 nights in NYC! A little off the beaten path and in the garden district which was fantastic. Super walkable to subway and lots of attractions. Great view of city from our room. Very clean and comfortable.

I was switched between hotels when I arrived. The room in the adjacent property - from the one I had reserved and paid in advance for - was ridiculously small and yet still the same inflated midtown price. The lobby was very loud due to music and chaotic. The elevators in the morning were so poorly timed that after waiting 10 minutes another guest and I were forced to walk down 15 flights of stairs. They also had ridiculously over-complicated controls and UI, just silly bad property decisions. I’d not recommend this hotel considering how many alternatives there are.
