This hotel was lovely. The lobby was set up beautiful and it smelled like heaven! I had an amazing view and my room was cleaned every day. My only issue is the room is tiny. I mean super tiny, I travel to NYC often for work and stay at a different hotel each time. I would come back if it was an over night or 2 night stay. I was there for 5 days and by day 3 I felt like I was in a box. There is no refrigerator in the room and no real space to put your belongings. You literally will have to live out of your suitcase. Aside from that the hotel was great.

Modern room but small. Not much space if you have luggage. Sink is in the room outside bathroom which is not convenient. No real lobby which can get crowded when guests are moving in and out

They charged me for a water bottle that I never drank which was over 5$. I have stayed here a few times and haven’t had an issue until now. They insisted I drank a water bottle which is completely false. It’s only 5 dollars but it’s still ridiculous that they can steal money from you like that and then lie and say there was a after bottle missing. When I called to ask about the charge they left me on hold for 1 hour!!! No exaggeration! Absolutely Terrible customer service.
