Hotel is in a nice area, just about an 8 minute walk to the station, plenty of food options and bodegas around as well. The shuttle service to the airport is convenient as well as the airport is less than 15 mins away by car

We enjoyed our stay. The suite was enormous and also very reasonably priced. There was a free 24-hour airport shuttle, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a big dining area, the kitchen with a full sized fridge, and a couch and a nice sized desk in the bedroom.

This hotel was a great stay for the US Open! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel treat us amazingly well from the free shuttle to the tennis center to the complimentary drinks at the restaurant, which served up delicious pasta. Would definitely stay there again.

First off I want to say the staff here is second to none. They were very accommodating to my needs and in truly grateful. The whole hotel is clean. My only issue was the maintenance of my bathroom, the tub had huge paint chips and the shower was broken. I would stay here again off of the strength of the hospitality I was shown.

Nice quality hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Good quality breakfast with good hot food options. Excellent Italian restaurant on site with homemade pasta and homemade gelato and sorbetto. Very good shuttle service to airport and U.S. Open tennis center. Clean room with comfortable beds.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. They offer many amenities such as laundry and fitness. Parking is via 3rd vendor, but in same building. Italian restaurant attached to hotel. Large room great for families. The only item I wanted to mention is that the bathroom was extremely large, like HUGE. But only one light and no bathroom vent. Other than that had an awesome time!
