Very good location to subway and Central Park. Easy to get around the city from this hotel. In our room the television / house phone didn't work, but the TV was repaired the next day. The sink was awkwardly small with limited water pressure especially at night. Staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and my wife is a repeat customer!

The front desk associate was very pleasant. Our TV did not work and the maintenance staff came within 5 minutes to fix it. The furniture is very old and outdated, but the bathroom was updated and very big in comparison to every other hotel we have stayed at in NYC.! Property was quiet and in a great location.

Cool property with excellent location. We stayed on the top floor. Patio tiles on balcony were loose. Key cards didn’t work well in elevator and at door; employee spoke harshly to us like it was our fault. It wasn’t. No restaurant or cafe in hotel. No water or mini bar in room.

Great comfortable room with amble space and closet space, nicely decorated. Large bathroom. Very nice staff. Only issue is they had 2 of 3 elevators working, and that dropped down to 1 the day we checked out.
