I had a 3 night stay and it was very enjoyable. The facility was clean and tidy, it was close to the subway and bus stops, plenty of good food in the area, and the staff, including the manager, Raul, made sure me and my family were well taken care of and comfortable. A great value!

I stayed on NYE, just for the price alone. However upon getting there, I couldn’t be more impressed. It’s a beautiful property, my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff and manager were very kind and accommodating. This place is about to become a staple when I next find myself in the area!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the appearance, amenities and comfort of the entire property for the affordable price! The location is not too busy or isolated. Fatima at the front desk was so kind and helpful, she really made the experience even better than what it was. Loved the room, the neighborhood was safe and had so many food options and was close to the train station and the city. Would 10000% stay here again when I come back to New York.

The room was clean and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is no-frills, but had everything we required for our overnight stay. We were there for less than 12 hours, and so did not take advantage the free drink coupons or nothing coffee.

The staff is very nice here and I met the manager at the end of our trip and he was very nice as well. A lot of people complain about the music noise but honestly, we couldn't even hear the noise too much on the fourth floor. We will come back!!

Everything was amazing, the check-in was smooth and easy. The room was what we expected, they were clean and it was nice having an extra twin bed. It is really close to the subway station, but don’t get fooled, you won’t hear a thing once you are in the room and want to get a good nights sleep. PS. Just and fyi you do have to pay a deposit of 100, before you check in.
