The property was in a great location on the edge of Times Square. In all honesty the staff was great and helpful, elevators were excellent, and room size was ideal given the location. The furniture was a bit worn but the mates was great and it was very clean. I’d gladly choose that again for a a business trip.

Pros: very nice room, comfortable bed and pillows. Great location. Breakfast options are great (bagels, bread, english muffins, pancakes, waffles, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea) Minor issues: Elevator wait is very long especially at peak times. Many guests stay at hotel so having only 2 elevators causes delays. Also due to large number of guests, the eating area is small so get crowded

The hotel was in a great location , room small but it is New York . Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was good. Nice amenities like water and juice and cookies in the lobby. As for the breakfast, I heard it was good ,but we wen for it the first day . The place was packed and you couldn’t get up or down the elevators. Aroma Cafe fit the bill for great coffee and un-crowded space, so we did not let that bother us,

The attention of the reception ladies was excellent, very friendly and always smiling. The room was fine, but the bathroom made a lot of noise in the air, even when everything was off. The breakfast was very good, many things to choose from and fresh.

This is a great find if you're coming to NYC for the first time, or are on a budget. It's right in the heart of Manhattan and all the subways. There's a warm, free breakfast for you to fill up before spending $$$$$ on other NYC meals. The room is simple, but clean. Heater was great.
