I would recommend anyone to stay there. The room are big, with a small kitchen, very confortable. The staff is very nice. Very easy to go to Manhattan by the ferry (2 blocks away).

front desk staff was friendly, really like that they could hold our luggge before and after check in. Room was super spacious and nice. Set up was great. Not far from subway. I give -1 star for the cold shower situation we dealt with both nights :( and the previous reviews were not joking when they said the heater is loud in the room! Didn’t bother my s/o but it was definitely loud to me.

I loved this hotel so much!!! The front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful! Super nice and helpful! The room was gorgeous and had everything I needed to cook all my food. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom is stunning! I loved the sauna, probably the best sauna I’ve ever used! We’ll definitely stay here again!!!

Our room was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied and the couch and table were put to good use. Franklin Guesthouse was very close to the person we were visiting, we walked to restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient! And a big bonus, friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again.
