We enjoyed our stay during the holidays. Room was very clean and the breakfast was great. A lot of selection for free breakfast. The staff was great. They greeted you when you came in and left for the day. Definitely will stay again.

The room was clean and the staff at front desk were friendly, helpful, and professional. I would stay here again if need arose to travel to Staten Island. My only problems were being put into a room directly next to elevator shafts so the sound would be clearly heard in room, and while there were vending machines there were no facilities to buy food for meals other then breakfast. And there are no close by restaurants to walk to. I also had to call the front desk to get the TV operable and the mechanic was very responsive and found a way to reboot the TV. The breakfast had a good variety and there is hot food for breakfast

We had the best stay!!! We were greeted with fun and helpful personality! Great amenities, like the shuttle to the ferry and the easy access to the public transportation. The housekeeping was impeccable and always on top of it! One of the nicest, intentional people I’ve come across at a hotel! They are doing a fantastic job!
