Arlo SoHo
The room was very clean and the location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was however very small. My husband had to climb over me in the bed to get up. I will try a queen size next time we stay.

Freehand New York
My stay was great for the most part. Our room has a faulty window with allowed too much of the cold air from outside. The hotel did their best to mitigate that. Other than that our stay was great.
