The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

What a dream hotel this is. For the area the rooms are so clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The on site restaurant is very good if you don’t want to go out. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Easy check-in, Very quiet considering how close to time's square the hotel is, clean spacious room,plenty storage drawers and a walk-in cupboard with hangers, can have beds made and towels changed everyday,room even had small bathtub. Also has secure luggage storage if your flight's on the evening you can leave luggage in storage after checkout and collect later that afternoon. Also offer's private airport transfers for additional fees
