Relax on Richmond is a stunning holiday house designed for families to come together and create special memories. Elevated for maximum sun exposure and privacy, this property promises to exceed your expectations from the moment you arrive.

With various doors leading to sheltered outdoor areas, you can easily drop your bags and immerse yourself in the comfort this home offers. The stylish kitchen features induction hobs and a dishwasher, making cooking a pleasure. Spacious living areas open out to patios and lawn areas, perfect for casual dining and safe play for children. A TV is available in the living room for entertainment.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash. If you use a hair dryer, please bring one as they are not supplied.

Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days.

Lovely home, good location.

Easy walk to the beach from this well equipped home, the master bed was just right and theshower pressure excellent. We cant fault the property at all and would stay again.

Great location!

Perfect for our family of eight. The beach is stunning, and everything is close by. Piccolo Morso cafe is a must! We also enjoyed Joe’s Garage. The house is clean and comfortable, and if we ever came back to New Plymouth we would be happy to stay here!

Amazing home for family vacation

We had a really good time at this property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. And best of all it was a stones throw to the beach and the walkway. All beds we're comfortable (master bed could maybe be bigger 😜) and it had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday experience.

Fantastic home away from home

We have booked this fabulous property for the last 4 years when we have come down to take part in the Oxfam 100km trailwalker. The house has a fantastic layout, generous bedrooms, great entertaining areas, and an awesome kitchen, all which have made our stays really enjoyable. The only comment I could make was that for some reason with this stay there were only 2 facelothes left out for 6 people & usually there have been enough for everyone - not a major but just a bit of feedback :) Hope to stay again

Some of the furniture needs a good deep clean, and some things need to be repaired or replaced. I left a list in the house for the appropriate people. Good response from the managing company when the roof leaked ( people there within an hour, and repaired within 7-10 days). A very big house, clean and close to the beach and the walkway. Loved the barbeque area.

Such a great home suitable for a family break. Indoor outdoor flow good for young ones and securely fenced. Heaps of space and a short walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed Christmas away.
