"Lovely and charming "

"Our room was really bad! It was at the end of hall and the architecture was like dormitory!! I was really surprised when we got in to the room! They didnt even come for room service even once in 3nights!! The elevator was not working for a day! It was terrible experience at all!!"

"The staff was fantastic and provided excellent service. However, the room was a bit muggy, and the shower was clogged. The water from showering kept filling the tub and didn’t drain. This was unfortunate because we were there for four days, and the clogged drain was a major disappointment for the hotel. "

"Hotel Mazarin is a NOLA gem inside of the French Quarter. It was resonably priced, even for the Jazz Fest 2nd weekend. The location is perfect for walking to everywhere; one street off of Bourbon and only a few blocks from Jackson Square or Canal Street. There are so many shopping venues, bars and restauarants all within walking distance. The hotel has a lovely inside courtyard where you can relax, meet with friends or pop in to the wine bar for a quick drink. Even though this is an older hotel, the rooms were nicely updated with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. It has a work out room that is functional. There is no onsite parking so valet is a must. It was only a few blocks to the buses and cable cars, so no need to have the car out for anything during the stay. This was the perfect hotel for an authentic NOLA weekend, and we would defintiely stay again. "
