New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival Tours and Activities

The room and property was lovely. The only drawback was the loft where we slept was a little warm. The bottom area was very cool but the sleeping area wasn’t.

I don’t know if it was a lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping but I was extremely dissatisfied with the housekeeping. We are in New Orleans often and I will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointing. We stayed for 4 nights. I requested daily maid service. During our stay the bed was only made up once after I called to request a second time. We had to ask for towels every day. We requested an in room coffee maker which I asked for before our arrival and again when we arrived after I had been told the maker I requested was already in the room. We had to call for coffee pods, water, cups and cream,sugar etc daily. The empty shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were never replaced. Very disappointed.
