"Originally booked a quadruple room but was faced with a trek up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. Door wouldnt open either. Ended up back in reception and was given alternative rooms due to us having disabilities. Staff were super helpful and very kind, lovely people to talk to. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds could do with being revamped, none of the mattresses in either room were comfortable at all. Rooms clean and warm. Glorious church bells ringing to wake up to, no road noise! Had a lovely...
